Designated as a Research Assistant at ORF Kolkata, I am currently involved in the “Urban water challenges in KMC area” project which analyses issues related to the availability and quality of water in the areas under the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The research is built around the themes of resource management vis-à-vis sustainability.

2016-17: Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJMD) Scholarship for Erasmus Mundus Masters Course in Economics of Globalisation and European Integration (EGEI).

2015-16: Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund for independent research at the M.A. Level (highest valued fellowship for Social Sciences in India awarded on a competitive basis every year).

2013-14: Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship by the Government of Japan, for one year exchange programme at St. Andrew’s University, Japan as a part of the JU-SYLFF Programme.
