
Shivam Shekhawat is a Junior Fellow with ORF’s Strategic Studies Programme. Her research focuses primarily on India’s neighbourhood- particularly tracking the security, political and economic developments in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Nepal.
Shivam graduated with a MSc in History of International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2021 where she was a Commonwealth Master’s Scholar. Before joining ORF she worked as a Research Analyst with London Politica, contributing to country risk reports, operational risk analysis and intelligence briefings for the organization’s clients including the UN World Food Programme. She has also interned with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and contributed as a guest scholar for the Organization for Research on China and Asia.
