Ghulam Mohiuddin Mangal is an independent researcher with two Master of Science (MSc) degrees, one in Chinese Politics from Renmin University of China (RUC) and the other in International Relations (Research) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). His research primarily focuses on Afghanistan and its neighbouring states, including China, Pakistan, Russia, and Iran. He examines diverse subjects such as domestic politics, regional and international relations, conflict studies, Afghanistan's foreign policy, terrorism, and the intricate political economy of conflicts.
