Arpan Tulsyan is a Senior Fellow at ORF’s Centre for New Economic Diplomacy (CNED).
With 16 years of experience in development research and policy advocacy, Arpan has collaborated with leading national and international organizations such as UNESCO, UNICEF, and Azim Premji University.
Her work spans critical areas in education, including formal and vocational training, social and emotional skills, artificial intelligence in education, and girls’ education. She is particularly passionate about the intersection of education and the future of work, and the transformative role of technology in shaping these domains.
Arpan holds a PhD and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Delhi. She is the author of two significant books:

- Living with Hunger (National Book Trust, 2013)
