Dharmil Doshi is a Research Assistant at ORF’s Centre for New Economic Diplomacy, where his research spans international commercial law (encompassing treaties and conventions, foreign investments, and supply chains) along with project finance, with a particular emphasis on infrastructure and energy sectors. A practising lawyer, Dharmil has represented clients in various legal forums, including courts and tribunals in commercial litigation matters, particularly arbitration and insolvency. He has contributed to two books: “Multi-Tier Dispute Resolution” with Bloomsbury and a forthcoming book on Public International Law. He is also a global qualifier in the prestigious Phillip C. Jessup Moot on international law and the Willem C. Vis Moot on international commercial arbitration.
