Archishman Ray Goswami is a Non-Resident Junior Fellow with the Observer Research Foundation.
His work focusses on the intersections between intelligence, multipolarity, and wider international politics, with a particular focus on the means by which intelligence, counterintelligence and covert operations serve as both reflections and determinants of foreign policy.
Archishman is currently an MPhil International Relations candidate at the University of Oxford. Prior to his time at Oxford, he completed a BA in International Relations (2019-2022) and MA in National Security Studies (2022-2023) at the Department of War Studies, King’s College London. At King’s, Archishman led a number of student societies and publications focused on strategic affairs and international politics, He has previously worked as the Charles Pasley Intern and Operations and Memberships Coordinator at the Council on Geostrategy, London.
