
Manish Vaid is a Junior Fellow at ORF. His research focuses on energy issues, geopolitics, crossborder energy and regional trade (including FTAs), climate change, migration, New Silk Road, urbanisation and water issues. His research work has been published widely - The National Bureau of Asian Research (Washington, D.C.); Oil & Gas Journal (Houston); Strategic Analysis Journal (IDSA); Global Asia Journal (South Korea); South Asian Journal (Lahore); South Asian Journal of Peace Building (New Delhi); Sea-Globe Magazine (Cambodia); Cuts International, Jaipur; Himal Southasian (Nepal); New Silk Road Forum (London); East Asia Forum (Australia); Islamic Republic News Agency (Tehran), etc.
Manish has a Postgraduate Diploma in Petroleum Management with specialisation in Oil and Gas Sector from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, School of Petroleum Management, Gandhinagar, Gujarat; Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialisation in Financial Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), Pune; BCom (Hons) from Banaras Hindu University; and has completed three years of C.A. Articleship (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).
