
Amoha Basrur is a Junior Fellow at ORF’s Centre for Security Strategy and Technology.
Her research focuses on the national security implications of technology, specifically on Artificial Intelligence and critical technology supply chains.
Amoha’s previous work includes publishing research on Explainable AI and Open Data Policies. She has also contributed to Aapti Institute’s Data for Policy Playbook for the UNDP Regional Innovation Centre, Bangkok. She was previously a Research Intern at CPC Analytics (2022-2023) and at Aapti Institute (2022).
Amoha holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Governance from Azim Premji University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
