Spending more than 34 years as a Public Servant as an officer of the Indian Administrative Service he has had ’hands on’ experience of International Trade, Investment Promotion, Overseas Investments, International Contracts, Dynamics of Petroleum Sector and Environmental issues, especially Climate Change. He has been closely associated with major policy and regulatory initiatives in the domain of trade, energy and environment for more than 15 years by virtue of his having occupied key positions in the Ministries of Commerce, Petroleum & Natural Gas and Environment & Forests. He has also been Chairman, Central Pollution Control Board. He has spent over five years as Director on the Board of major Public Sector Undertakings such as ONGC, OVL and OIL. Following his retirement he was associated with climate change negotiations and was a member of several Central Government Committees. He is Permanent Invitee to the Governing Council of the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM), Pune, under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, for the period 2012-2017. From July 2013 onwards, he is an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of SAIL, a premier Central Public Sector Enterprise.

His research focuses on issues of cross cultural representation, particularly identity formation, governance, technology and media. Mr Jaimal Anand works for South Africas Department of International Relations and Co-Operation (DIRCO) since 2005. He is attached to the Office of the Deputy Director General Asia and the Middle East and is responsible for Research and Analysis. His areas of professional focus are on the Geostrategic and Geopolitical developments in the 21st Century. Mr Anand has also served at the South African Embassy in Bern Switzerland between 2006 and 2010 he has held a variety of regional portfolios during his diplomatic career and he has also participated and attended a large number of international conferences and meetings. Mr Anand has written extensively on key strategic and policy issues.

James Andrew Lewis is a senior vice president and director of the Technology Policy Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). He has authorednumerous publications on the relationship between technology innovation and national power. His current research examines international security and governancein cyberspace the geopolitics of innovation the future of warfare and the effect of the internet on politics.

In the past he was Head of Unit at the Department of European Programs of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.

Jana Robinson Ph.D. is Managing Director of the Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI) since April 2020 and also serves as PSSIs Space Security Program Director (since 2014). She previously held the position of a Space Policy Officer at the European External Action Service (EEAS) in Brussels as well as a Space Security Advisor to the Czech Foreign Ministry. From 2009 to 2013 Ms. Robinson worked at the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI) seconded from the European Space Agency (ESA) leading the Institutes Space Security Research Program. Ms. Robinson is an elected member of the International Institute of Space Law (IISL) the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) and the Advisory Board of the George C. Marshall Missile Defense Project of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington D.C. Ms. Robinson holds a Ph.D. in the field of space security from the Charles Universitys Faculty of Social Sciences Institute of Political Studies and received two MA degrees from George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs and Palacky University in the Czech Republic respectively.

Visiting Fellow Institute for International Trade University of Adelaide and Founder Australian Services Roundtable Jane Drake-Brockman is a widely published international economics and regional integration expert and Australias foremost industry expert on digital trade. She co-chairs the Asia Pacific Services Coalition and contributes to the G20-Trade and Investment Research Network (G20-TIRN). A former senior Australian diplomat Jane has served also with the International Trade Centre OECD Trade Directorate and Commonwealth Secretariat.
