Shraddha Iyer is Manager, Social Finance at the British Asian Trust, where she primarily leads the education portfolio, particularly the implementation of LiftEd, a pioneering outcomes-based initiative aimed at improving foundational learning for over 4 million children across India.
Shraddha began her career with Teach for India, and has since worked across leading institutions including the UN World Food Programme, GDi Partners, and Goodera. Prior to joining the British Asian Trust, she played a key role in designing and implementing an outcomes-linked EdTech programme in collaboration with the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and NITI Aayog, and led an out-of-school learning initiative for children in rural Rajasthan during COVID-related school closures.
She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin and is deeply committed to transforming education systems through innovative partnerships and mission-driven approaches for large-scale impact.
