He is an experienced leader and strategist in AI policy, governance and standardization initiatives and has advised governments, international organizations, standards bodies, Big Tech and AI scaleups on Responsible AI. Phil is an active member of global AI expert committees, including the MIT-BCG International Experts Panel on AI, the OECD Network of AI Experts (ONE.AI), the UN and the World Economic Forum.
