Namita Goel is a passionate education entrepreneur and learning strategist with 15+ years of designing impactful and scalable learning experiences across age groups and geographies. She is the Co-founder and Chief Learning Officer at Spark Studio and Sparky AI, where she has led the design of engaging, outcome-driven courses and AI-powered learning experiences to make spoken English learning more accessible and engaging. Prior to starting up, she worked at LEAD Group, a B2B edtech unicorn, where she headed a large content team and played a pivotal role in launching ELGA, a breakthrough English learning program that impacted over a million students. A former Teach For India fellow and a recipient of the "Teacher of the Year" nomination in the U.S., Namita brings deep expertise in pedagogy, operational efficiency, and edtech innovation.
