Kirill Likhachev is an associate professor at School of international relations, St. Petersburg State University (SIR SPbSU). Among his main research interests are foreign policy of India, Indo-Russian, Indo-Chinese and Indo-American relations. Dr. Likhachev also specializes in South Asian regional security issues and the BRICS grouping. Dr. Likhachev is a board member of the Society for Cultural and Business Cooperation with India at the St. Petersburg Association for International Cooperation. In 2023 he became the academic supervisor of the 1 st Asian Dialogue Research programme, which was focused on the South Asian region and held by the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund in collaboration with SIR SPbSU.
