Dr. Yugank Goyal is associate professor in public policy at FLAME University where he is also the founding director of Centre for Knowledge Alternatives which studies district-level data and cultures of India. He pursued his doctorate and masters in law and economics from Hamburg Rotterdam and Bologna as Erasmus Mundus Scholar. His research and advisory interests include development regulation education and psephology.
