Tanusha Tyagi

Tanusha Tyagi is a research assistant with the Centre for Digital Societies at ORF. Her research focuses on issues of emerging technologies, data protection and privacy, digital public infrastructure and the regulatory frameworks shaping the future of technology. She also explores issues related to data and platform governance, online safety, digital economy, digital empowerment and inclusion, and competition law in digital markets.

Previously, Tanusha worked as a litigation lawyer in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and tribunals, representing clients in diverse legal disputes. She also assisted companies with technology compliance, advising on data protection regulations, intermediary liability, and digital rights frameworks.
