Guillaume Gandelin

Guillaume Gandelin is a Visiting Fellow with the Strategic Studies Programme, Observer Research Foundation. His research focuses on the India-EU and India-France security and defence ties, with a special focus on Maritime Security in the Indian Ocean Region.

Guillaume is an International Relations graduate from SciencesPo Aix-en-Provence, France, and has been an alumnus of Delhi University as well. He has been involved with the French research centre Lepac, working on the geopolitical TV Show "Mapping the World" for the French-German channel Arte. He has been a policy officer for the Directorate of International Relations and Strategy of the French Ministry of Defence, focusing on South Asia.
