Dr. Bitrina Diyamett is a researcher and consultant in science technology and innovation policy. She has over 25 years of experience of work in these areas. Her major specific areas of interest and expertise include national systems of innovation: innovative clusters: science technology and innovation indicators: local technological capabilities and foreign direct investments. Bitrina is a member and leader in related professional networks and organizations: she is the current President of the African Network on Economics of Learning innovation and competence building Systems (AfricaLICS) and member of the Council of the UN- Technology Bank (TB). Employment wise Bitrina is the current Executive Director of STIPRO
