Sayantan Haldar

Sayantan Haldar is presently a Doctoral Candidate at the Department of International Relations South Asian University New Delhi India. His doctoral research looks in Indias evolving maritime security strategy in the Indian Ocean in light of the onset of the Indo-Pacific narrative. He is broadly interested in maritime geopolitics with specific focus on the Indian Ocean Region. Sayantan is also a member of the Indian Ocean Research Group Inc. (IORG). Some of his writings have been recently published in journals such as International Affairs Journal of the Indian Ocean Region Commonwealth &: Comparative Politics India Quarterly Defence &: Diplomacy etc.
