Philip Grinsted works as Advisor at the Deutsche Gesellschaft fr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH the German Agency for International Cooperation in the Global Project Quality Infrastructure commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. He specialises in public policy matters of trade and economic development in an emerging markets context especially China and India. He holds a dual Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
