Preeti Lourdes John

Preeti Lourdes John is an editorial consultant at ORF and the Editor of the GP-ORF Series. She was formerly the Deputy Editor, overseeing ORF's long-form publications.

An editor and manager with extensive experience setting up and leading editorial teams at major digital organisations, Preeti has previously worked with The Economist Group, The Quint, The Wire, and Qrius. She has also worked in the print media, with publishing houses, and in academia, editing content across genres for diverse audiences. She has also taught graduate- and undergraduate-level courses on political communication and digital journalism at academic institutions in Mumbai.

Based in Panamá, Preeti currently works in an editorial capacity with several think tanks, business organisations, and other institutions.
