Pooja Arora

Pooja Arora, a passionate Statistician and Demographer, is currently pursuing doctoral research in
the area of “Child Undernutrition in India” from IIPS, Mumbai. She holds a Master’s degree in
Statistics and Population Studies and has completed M.Phil. in Population Studies. Previously, she
has worked in organisations like Population Council and INCLEN and provided technical support in
Research Design, Sampling, Data quality, Impact Evaluation, Quantitative analysis, etc. She is a Public
Health and Social Sciences Research Enthusiast, and her research interests include Nutrition,
Maternal and Child health, Gender, NCDs and Natural lifestyle. She enjoys learning about data
science and its application in the development sector and aims to conduct multidisciplinary research
that creates impact and leads to the betterment of people.
