Shefali Mehta is Programme Manager at The DialogueTM. Her responsibilities include policy analysis and outreach. Her interests lie at the intersection of law society and technology - specifically digital rights and data protection. Over the last year at The Dialogue she has worked on research and advocacy surrounding the Personal Data Protection Bill 2019 digital tax and surveillance reforms. Besides this she leads the privacy vertical and works on issues relating to data privacy digital rights and data protection legislation. She holds a B.B.A. LLB. from Gujarat National Law University.
