Paulette Bynoe is a Senior Lecturer and the former Dean of the Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Guyana. Paulette has 22 years of experience as an interdisciplinary trained environmental specialist and teacher in community disaster risk management environmental impact assessment environmental research methods and environmental resources policy. In 2015 Paulette was awarded the Golden Arrow of Achievement by His Excellency the President of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana for her contribution to environmental education and training research and development of policies on natural resources management.
