Naturally evolving in an international context passionate about social impact health &: wellbeing as well as environmental challenges Julien is a seasoned expert in innovation &: digital with a multifaceted profile whos been collaborating with large companies (digital healthcare &: aeronautic industries) with public authorities (EU governments European Commission) as well as with large hospitals universities research centres and NGOs. During his career he has mentored and he is still involved in several start-ups.Being both social entrepreneur intrapreneur researcher as well as an active citizen Julien develops comprehensive approaches involving scientific and strategic thinking (for public policies research or business development) as well as innovative methodologies for the design development &: implementation of innovations (digital products &: services).Managing his own company Malsamamind he is currently Head of the department of Social &: Health Innovation at Prasanna School of Public Health at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) (India) and also affiliated to the United Nations University.Hes Board Director of several international non-profit organisations such as the ECHAlliance the Digital Health Society the Digital Health Observatory and the Global Health Connector Partnership. Hes member of the WHO initiative ATACH related to the development of low-carbon healthcare systems.
