Clarence Fernandes

Clarence Fernandes is currently the Chairman of Rwanda Renaissance. He is a marketing and PR Professional with over four decades of industry experience. He was the Representative of the Rwanda Development Board in India between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that he was the Marketing and PR Consultant for the FirstRand Banking Group of South Africa.
