Andrew Small

Andrew Small is a senior transatlantic fellow with the Asia program at the German Marshall Fund of the United States and a non-resident senior policy fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations. He also holds a visiting fellowship at the Australian National Universitys National Security College. His research focuses on U.S.-China relations EU-China relations and broader developments in Chinese foreign and economic policy.
