In this pioneering paper, Rajeswari Pillai Rajagopalan and Pulkit Mohan examine the recent spate of China’s military exercises in the Tibet region. In the context of these exercises, the paper illustrates the significant infrastructure deficiencies on India’s side of the border, and analyses the implications of those gaps.
