Richard Damania, Chief Economist of the Sustainable Development Practice Group, World Bank will discuss the nature of water and how its availability and variability impacts a country’s economy. The talk will address building resilience specifically to factors such as rainfall variability, water pollution, and climate change through various policy instruments and responses.
