Zeba Fazli is a Research Associate with the South Asia Program at the Stimson Center where she leads the Strategic Learning initiative. She is a co-author of the online courses 'Deterrence in Southern Asia' and 'Restoring Deterrence: Coercion and Crises in Southern Asia'. She completed her MA in South Asian Studies from Columbia University and her BA in History from New York University.
