Rammohan Khanapurkar is a public policy researcher and an educator. His scholarly engagements include themes of inequality in education history and collective memories in South Asia. He has a MA in Education and International Development from UCL Institute of Education University College London UK. He also has a MA in Communication and Journalism from the University of Mumbai.
