Patrizia Cogo Morales is Project Manager and Research Assistant at the Elcano Royal Institutes Office in Brussels. She also works as a Project Officer at the Centre for Security Diplomacy and Strategy of the Brussels School of Governance. Previously she worked at the Esade Geo-Center for Global Economy and Geopolitics within the team of Dr. Javier Solana. She has also worked at the in-house think tank of the Government of Catalonia the European Institute of the Mediterranean and the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.Patrizia holds a double bachelors in Law and Global Governance from Esade and a Master in International Relations from the Autonomous University of Barcelona with exchange programs in Jerusalem and New Delhi. She was also Lead Co-Founder and President of the European Guanxi network. Her expertise includes EU-India relations EU-China relations and Sino-Indian relations.
