Michael R. Sinclair is an Active Duty Coast Guard officer with twenty years of service in the USCG. In addition to over eight years working within CGJAG as a judge advocate in several different roles he has extensive operational experience ashore and afloat doing a wide variety of coast guard maritime search and rescue security defence and law enforcement operations including as a patrol boat commander in the Arabian Gulf and off the eastern seaboard of the United States.
