Francis A. Kornegay

Francis A. Kornegay is a Senior Fellow at the South African-based Institute for Global Dialogue. He headed the South African delegation to the 3rd BRICS Think- Tank Symposium in Beijing in March, 2011. He is a specialist on South African foreign policy, South-South Cooperation and has participated extensively in IBSA projects. He has widely published on these and a range of other issues.
