Amb. Deep Kumar Upadhyaya, has served as Nepal’s ambassador to India since 2015. He has recently resigned from his diplomatic responsibility, choosing to join politics as Nepal prepares for general elections in November.
Amb. Rakesh Sood, Distinguished Fellow, ORF, will deliver the opening and closing remarks.
