An interaction with the Delegation from the Royal College of Defence Studies (RCDS) Global Strategy Programme, England, accompanied by Lieutenant General  Sir George Norton  (Retd.), Commandant, RCDS. The RCDS Global Strategy Programme is a by-invitation-only course. As future leaders, the 17 delegation members represent 13 countries including England, South Korea, Germany, France, Saudi Arabia, Lithuania, Italy, UAE, Montenegro, Kuwait, Nigeria, Jordan and Netherlands.
