Talk by David Livingston

David Livingston is Deputy Director at the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Center. He leads the Council’s work on climate and advanced energy. Livingston is also a fellow of the Initiative for Sustainable Energy Policy at Johns Hopkins University.

The discussion will be chaired by Anil Razdan, former Secretary, Ministry of Power, Government of India.
