With China-Pakistan’s all-weather friendship doubling down on its commitment, the navies of the two countries hosted exercises recently. This is just another caveat to their long-standing array of defence cooperation—from fighter jets to drones—and more.
There seems to be a new direction and vigour to the bilateral, with Beijing and Islamabad understood to enhance close military cooperation in the years to come. This is also of relevance to India, given the current state of play in the South Asian region.
