Suyash Srivastava is a practicing advocate who has graduated with LL.M. from the University of California Berkeley (Boalt Hall) with a certificate in Public Law and Regulation in collaboration with the Goldman School of Public Policy UC Berkeley. He has previously interned with the Office of Co-Prosecutors with UNAKRT/ECCC in Cambodia where he notably worked on Case 002/02. He regularly writes on issues of law and policy and has several publications to his name in various journals. He is also currently serving as Co-Director of Arbitration and Human Rights Cohort at the Berkeley Global Society where he actively participates in discussions and writes on various issues of law.
