Pooja Bhatt

Pooja Bhatt is a researcher in maritime security and governance issues based in New Delhi. Currently she is a Consultant at the Ministry of External Affairs India. She holds a PhD in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University and authored a book titled "Nine Dash Line: Deciphering the South China Sea Conundrum (Knowledge World: 2020).
