Neeraj Singh Manhas is a Director of Research in the Indo-Pacific Consortium at Raisina House New Delhi. He has authored four books and has various research interests covering Sino-Indian border issues China in the Indian Ocean: India-China Foreign Policy: Water security: Defence and Indo-Pacific studies. His writings have appeared in The Daily Guardian The Hindu Business Line The Pioneer China-India Brief (National University of Singapore) and other online platforms.
