Katarzyna Biernat-Uziel

Katarzyna Biernat-Uziel was until recently a career diplomat with the Polish Foreign Service. She served at the Polish missions in Vienna (UN and OSCE) Ankara New York (UN) and Tel Aviv.She holds a Masters Degree in Law from Warsaw University (Poland) and an MBA from Fundao Getulio Vargas (Brazil).
