Igor Istomin

Igor Istomin is an Acting Chair at the Department of Applied InternationalPolitical Analysis and Lead Research Fellow at the Center for Advanced American Studies Institute for International Studies MGIMO University. He holds Ph.D. and M.A. degrees from MGIMO as well as undergraduate degree from St. Petersburg State University. In 2020 2021 Igor Istomin stayed as a Senior Fellow at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies Harvard University.
