Dr. Ganeshan Wignaraja is the Professorial Fellow in Economics and Trade at Gateway House: Indian Council on Global Relations in Mumbai and a Senior Research Associate at ODI in London. He is a member of the Central Bank of Sri Lankas Stakeholder Engagement Committee on monetary policy and financial stability matters and a member of the board of directors of the Geopolitical Cartographer.Previously Ganeshan held senior roles in international organizations and government including the Director of Research at the ADB Institute in Tokyo Visiting Scholar at the IMF in Washington DC Executive Director of the Sri Lankan Foreign Ministrys think tank and a member of the Sri Lankan Prime Ministers Task Force on the Indian Ocean.
