Dilanthi Koralagama is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Agriculture University of Ruhuna Sri Lanka. Her main areas of research are wellbeing gender resource management and community development in fishing and farming communities. She is the country advisor of the Young Professionals for Agriculture Research and Development (YPARD) in Sri Lanka. She hasa Masters in Fisheries Economics and Management from the University of Tromso Norway NhaTrang University VietNam and a PhD in Governance and Inclusive Development from the University of Amsterdam The Netherlands.
