Arpan Gelal

Arpan Gelal is Research and Program Coordinator at the Centre for Social Innovation and Foreign Policy (CESIF), Nepal. He is also a teaching faculty at National College, Kathmandu University. He researches and writes on Nepal’s foreign policy, international relations, geopolitics, cross-border relations and development.
