The Ukraine Conflict and Lessons for India’s National Security This event will start at 5:00 p.m. IST.
As the first inter-state conflict of the 21st century, the Ukraine conflict has demonstrated the changing nature of warfare. The Russian military campaign has deployed its ground, naval and air units while simultaneously utilising cyber capabilities to support ground operations. In its response, the West has hit out at Russia by assisting the Ukrainian military and imposing wide-ranging sanctions on the Russian government. This panel discussion will examine what lessons Ukraine conflict holds for India’s national security policy, defence preparedness and its security partnerships.
