While India and the US began engaging in counterterrorism cooperation two decades ago, there has been little in terms of concrete policy to work with. In their paper, Kashish Parpiani and Prithvi Iyer examine the environmental and policy-level challenges to the actualisation of counterterrorism cooperation between the two countries.
