This discussion focuses on India’s role in fostering robust partnerships with the Pacific Islands, in terms of climate resilience, displacement, migration and loss of biodiversity. Jonathan Ritchie uses a historical lens to better comprehend the social, political and environmental challenges faced by these island nations of the Pacific and where India fits in this strategic milieu.
