The Observer Research Foundation and Paris-based think tank Fondation for la Recherche Stratégique (FRS) are organising the inaugural edition of the India-France Bilateral Track 1.5 Dialogue.
The Dialogue will focus on Implementing the India-France Indo-Pacific Roadmap on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the India-France Strategic Partnership. It will have top Indian and French experts including diplomats, academics, military personnel, and development actors coming together to reflect on the partnership and support the operationalisation of objectives laid out in the Roadmap.
