Cyber Warfare (CW) and Electronic Warfare (EW) are crucial to combat in modern warfare. This paper explores how the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) of China and the Indian Army (IA) have approached CW and EW. While both the PLA and the IA acknowledge electronic and cyber warfare as being doctrinally important, China has been more proactive in engineering their integration in its command structure. What does India have to do for its own Army?
